Ghosts of the Past
Once again, I had another dream. This time, I had another vision, like I was regaining a memory I had lost. I dreamed of a young woman, with short blue hair and blue eyes. We were standing in what looked like to be a castle kitchen. I heard a bell ding.
“Oh! It’s ready, K____!” said the woman.
I eagerly opened the oven, which was ginormous. Inside was two steaming pies, which looked like to be cherry. I took two oven mitts and pulled them out.
“Now, we have to wait for them to cool before we can try them” said the woman.
“How long, A___?” I asked.
The woman chuckled, and smiled.
“Not long.”
“A___?”
“Yes, K____?”
“Do you think, if V_____ wakes up, we can give him a piece? That is, if it turns out right.”
The woman’s smile turned into a beam.
“That sounds like a wonderful idea, K____. I think he would like that.”
“Why do you think he went to sleep? Why did his loss of memory made his head hurt so bad?”
“I don’t know, K____. Master E______ didn’t tell me or T____ what was wrong with him. By the look on his face, it doesn’t sound good.”
Once again, I felt my chest tighten. I clutched it.
“Well, when he wakes up, I’m going to be his friend! That way, he won’t be sad anymore!”
The woman smiled, slightly sad. She sighed.
“Oh K____. Don’t ever change.”
.
I couldn’t make out any of the names, only the first letters. I seriously begin to wonder if these were the memories of my past self, the one who had a heart, before they met their demise. The memories of my past self shouldn’t matter to me, since whoever I once was is dead. However, the curiosity is seriously eating away at me. If I get anymore dreams, I’m going to try to put the pieces together. Maybe they’ll explain why Roxas keeps appearing in my dreams as well…
