Hello everyone! Well, this Wednesday is Halloween and what better way to celebrate than to do a tag! Namely the This or That Halloween Tag! Let’s dive right into it, shall we?

1. Chocolate candy or fruity?

Chocolate. Definitely chocolate. Although there are some more fruity candies I like such as DOTS and Tootsie-pops, at the end of the day, I prefer to have more chocolate related candy in my bucket than fruity.

2. Witches or Vampires?

Neither. Sorry folks. I prefer mutilated androids.

(What, too creepy?)

3. Trick or Treat?

Treat. Unless your trick is a funny knock-knock joke or a pun fest, I’m not interested.

4. Halloween Party or Scary Movie?

Halloween Party, absolutely! You have fun with your friends, eat junk food, and dress up! I don’t want to shut myself up in the house on Halloween!

5. Skeletons or Zombies?

Skeletons! Not only are they essential parts of our bodies, but also Sans and Papyrus. Best skeleton bros in the history of skeleton bros!

6. Trick-or-Treat or Hand Out Candy?

I’ve grown up in a neighborhood that’s far enough in the country that there are no street lamps and quite a bit of wildlife. So it’s actually kind of scary to trick-or-treat in my neighborhood, and not the fun kind of scary. So commonly my family go to Fall Festivals and/or Trunk-or-Treats.

I don’t want to say hand out candy either because, especially since I work at the museum, I feel like children need to work a little bit for their candy. Not much, just a fun little work!

7. Hay Ride or Corn Maze?

Honestly I’ve never done a corn maze. I’ve done a hay ride once or twice but it was a long time ago. So I don’t really prefer either.

8. Scary Costume or Funny Costume?

Funny costumes. People can always use a laugh!

9. Pumpkin Seeds or Pumpkin Pie?

Pumpkin pie! I’ll eat pumpkin seeds in granola and salad, but pumpkin pie!

10. Bottle Feed A Baby Zombie or Walk Alone Through A Dark Forest?

Ugh, do I really got to choose? **Groan** Okay, I don’t want to be a wuss, so I guess walk alone through a dark forest. Because even though I’ll be scared poop-less, I think I can handle it.

11. Bats or Black Cats?

**SQUEALS** I DON’T KNOW I LOVE THEM BOTH!

I mostly love black cats so much because I feel bad for them. They have been wrongly persecuted for centuries and if I wasn’t allergic to cats and I came across a black cat in an animal shelter, I would totally take it home!

Bats are the same way. They don’t mean to attack people, they just want to gorge on gooey insect goodness! Also, have you seen all the videos on YouTube of baby bats? You will surely die of cuteness!

Fun fact: Less than 3% of bats actually carry rabies!

12. Pumpkin spice or Hot Chocolate?

Hot chocolate. Like I’ve said before, I like the smell of pumpkin spice more than actually eating it.

13. Celebrate in your neighborhood or at the mall?

Between the two, I’m more likely to celebrate in my neighborhood than at the mall. Who would want to spend their Halloween at the mall, I mean really? Why miss out on all the festivities?
